The Montville Planning and Zoning Commission at its meeting held on October 9, 2007, took
the following actions:
Mandes, LLC: An application for a Special Permit for the completion of construction of an
existing eight unit (one bedroom) multi-family dwelling house with associated parking and site
improvements on the property located at 46 Platoz Drive, Montville, CT. As shown on
Assessor’s Map 33 Lot 17J. GRANTED with conditions
Artemis Mandes: An application for a Special Permit for the completion of existing foundation
as a four unit multi-family dwelling on the property located at 36 Platoz Drive, Montville, CT.
As shown on Assessor’s Map 33 Lot 17K. GRANTED with conditions
John Mandes: An application for a Special Permit for the completion of construction of an
eight unit multi-family residential building with appurtenant parking and site improvements on
the property located at 40 Platoz Drive, Montville, CT. As shown on Assessor’s Map 33 Lot
17Q. GRANTED with conditions
Carpionato-Labossiere Properties, LLC/William Sweeney/ Fay Sing Lee: An application for a
Zone Change from R-20 to C-1 for the property located at 12 Occum Lane, Uncasville, CT. As
shown on Assessor’s Map 99 Lot 58. GRANTED Effective 11/1/07
Vizion Enterprises, c/o Dizzislav Coric/Agent: John Aldi: An application for an amendment to
the Zoning Regulations add Section 9a to the Zoning Regulations in order to create a Housing
Opportunity Development (HOD) Zone in accordance with the Connecticut General Statutes to
allow for the construction of affordable housing development in accordance with C.G.S.§8-
30g. GRANTED as amended by the Commission. Effective 11/1/07
