The Montville Inland Wetlands Commission at a meeting held December 15, 2005, took the following
action:
a. One Hundred Waterfall, LLC: Application to conduct regulated activities for infrastructure development for the Seven Oaks Active Adult Community on the property located on the southwesterly side of Old Colchester Road, Oakdale, CT. As shown on Assessor’s Map 36 Lot 5 and Map 28 Lot 3-14. GRANTED WITH CONDITIONS b. James Morosky: An application for landscaping in buffer on the property at 571 Route 163, Uncasville, CT As shown on Assessor’s Map 30 Lot 25. GRANTED WITH CONDITIONS c.
