variance to allow the construction of a new construction on property located at 48 Dock
Road, Uncasville, Ct. Shown on Assessor’s Map 71, Lot 6. GRANTED
AGNES SILLS: A application for a variance to waive the minimum lot size for lots not
served by public sewers from 40,000 Sq. Ft. to 20,000 Sq. Ft., on property located at 60
Hammel Lane, Uncasville, Ct. Shown on Assessor’s Map 72, Lot 24A. GRANTED
DANIEL & PEGGY TAMBURRINO: An application for a yard setback reduction of 5 feet
in the side yard and 35 ½ feet in the front yard for property located at 1295 Route 163,
Oakdale, Ct. Shown on Assessor’s Map 52, Lot 14. DENIED
