Dear Mr. Waddington,
Your Inland Wetlands Permit #204-IWC-18 was approved at the June 17, 2004 meeting and is ready to be picked up from the Montville Planning Office. A fee of $177.00 is due and payable to the Town of Montville. The breakdown of that fee is as follows:
Basic Wetlands Fee $ 50.00 State of Connecticut Fee 20.00 Calculated Wetlands Activity Fee 107.00 Total $177.00
If the fee is not paid by September 17, 2004 your permit will be revoked and you will have to reapply. If you have any questions or comments please feel free to contact the office.
