I need that copy prior to the meeting. In addition the application has to have a live signature. The next meeting is March 18th at 7:00 pm in the Town Hall Council Chambers. Please remember to include you narrative with the application which includes construction sequence, type of activity proposed, how the activity will be constructed, erosion and sediment control measures and approximate length of time. If you have any other questions please contact the office. Attached find draft application materials for your review. The project will involve the installation of a permanent above ground receiver apurtenance at Algonquin’s Montville Meter Station at 303 Fitch Hill Road. Portions of the work will occur within the 50-foot upland review area, and the meter station fenceline will be expanded to enclose and secure the new receiver facility. At the closes point, the fence will be approx 12 feet from the delineated wetlands. As discussed, we will be submitting next week for inclusion on the next IWWC meeting agenda. Here are a couple more questions: · What is the date of the March Meeting (assuming we submit before noon next Friday 3/5/10)? · I’m assuming that these plans can be submitted as is (e.g. no stamp). Correct? Finally, below is a sample of our standard pre-emption language that will be included in the project narrative: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this application, nothing stated herein shall be construed to indicate that any state, regional, or local agency referred to has the power to impose any requirement inconsistent with Federal law or to refuse to issue or to unreasonably delay the issuance or processing of any state, regional, or local permit, license, certificate, approval, review, or other requirement: nor shall this document be construed to limit Algonquin’s legal rights under the Natural Gas Act (15 U.S.C. § 717, et seq.), Pipeline Safety Act (49 U.S.C. § 60,101, et seq.), or the United States Constitution, including, but not limited to, the Supremacy Clause and Commerce Clause.
