Dear Mr. Fellows: During the October 19, 2006 meeting of the Inland Wetlands Commission your application for the following activity was reviewed by the Commission:
Scott Fellows: An application for a timber harvest review for the property located at 74 Crandall Hill Road, Montville, Ct. As shown on Assessor’s Map 24 Lot 1C. The Commission made the determination that your application was a permitted use as of right
because there were no regulated activities being conducted on the site. The Commission made a condition that orange construction fence be placed around the lower wetland system and that the Inland Wetlands Officer would be called to inspect the location of the fence.
