Petrowski 33 Cove Road Uncasville, CT 06382 RE: NOTICE OF APPARENT VIOLATION 33 Cove Road (M75L8) & 37 Cove Road (M75L7), Uncasville, CT REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY COMPLIANCE Dear Mr. Petrowski: Inspection of your above-referenced properties on July 22, 2016 revealed that you are conducting a construction business, including the keeping of commercial vehicles and outside storage of materials and/or equipment at 33 Cove Road and 37 Cove Road in violation of the Montville Zoning Regulations. Additionally, I observed the ongoing construction of a north side deck and a completed east front deck at 37 Cove Road apparently constructed without the benefit of required zoning permits and not approved as part of your original zoning permit (#209-008) for the single-fanily residence approved by this office on 12/16/2008. In order to correct the violations and bring your property into zoning compliance, you must, immediately upon receipt of this Notice: 1. Discontinue the use of your property for a construction business and remove all commerciual vehicles, equipment and materials related to said business; and 2. Submit applications for zoning permits for any structures (decks, porches, etc.) not permitted as part of the zoning permit# 209-008, dated 12/16/2008 for construction of the single-family dwelling. Attached please find a zoning permit application. Applications may be submitted to the Planning Dept., Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
