These houses enable the lengthening of the growing season.  300’ square feet will be in regulated upland review area.  Soil Scientist Robert Russo conducted a field review on April 28, 2021 and reported that the wetlands match the one depicted on the plan dated 6/1998 (see attached letter) STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the IWC approve application for activity in URA as a “Permitted Use as of Right”.
