NOTICE OF DECISION
The Montville Planning and Zoning Commission, at its meeting held on August 24, 2021 took the
following actions:
221 ZC 2 – Applicant: Town of Montville: Proposed changes to the Town of Montville Zoning
Regulations as listed in Exhibit #1 with the following additions/amendments/deletions added to
said list of changes: Section 1.3 Definitions: Farm Animals- Amended, Junkyard- No Change keep
current language, Pets- Added/Amended; Section 4.2.2 Amended; Section 4.10.4.3- Conex type
storage boxes- Added/Amended; Section 4.11.8 Keeping of Hens –Amended; Section 8.6 R-40
Minimum Setbacks Added Multi-Family; Section 9B.3-Deleted; 9B.11 Deleted. The original text
changes plus amendments as noted above can be viewed in the office of the Town Clerk.
Approved with Effective Date of September 13, 2021.
