GENERAL -
1. THE PROPERTY OWNER IS PROPOSING TO CONSTRUCT A SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENCE ON THIS PROPERTY.
2. THE WETLAND SOILS ON THIS LOT ARE OF THE RIDGEBURY, LEICESTER AND WITMAN SOIL
TYPES. WETLAND VEGETATION CONSISTS OF MIXED HYDROPHYTIC PLANT SPECIES.
3. HOUSE TYPE, HOUSE PLACEMENT, DRIVEWAY PLACEMENT, HEIGHT OF FOUNDATION WALLS
AND THE EXTENT OF FILLING AROUND THE FOUNDATION WERE AMONG THE ALTERNATIVES
CONSIDERED WHEN PLANNING THE LAYOUT OF IMPROVEMENTS.
