Once in place all erosion and sediment control measures shall be continuously maintained throughout the remainder of the construction period. In general, erosion and sediment control measures shall be put in place prior to disturbing the land. After installation of the initially prescribed measures, additional measures may be required to address field conditions as ordered by the Town of Montville or its designated agent(s). All erosion and sediment control measures and construction practices shall be as described herein and further detailed in the "Connecticut Guidelines for Soil Erosion and Sediment Control" (Revised 2002) and amendments, as published by the Connecticut Council on Soil and Water Conservation.
