This Improvement Location Survey was prepared in accordance with "The Standards for Surveys and Maps in the State of Connecticut", Sections 20-300b-1 through 20-300b- 20 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies as adopted by the Connecticut Association of Land Surveyors, Inc. on Sept. 26, 1996. The Boundary Determination Category is a "Dependant Resurvey" and conforms to "Class A-2" horizontal accuracy standards. All survey staking services depicted and inferred hereon conform to horizontal class "A-2" accuracy. Contours depicted on this map conform to "Class T -D" accuracy and are based on Reference Map #2. Proposed grading does not, therefore, reflect the opinions of a licensed professional engineer. This is a design -build project. 2. The accepted subdivision mapping provided no benchmarks for this survey to tie into. Further, the proposed septic system does not require the services of a professional engineer. 2. Wetland limits depicted hereon are based on the previous delineations noted as Reference Map #2 as originally delineated by Robert Russo, Cert. Soils Scientist. 3.
