Dear Colleen: We have reviewed the revised plans and supporting material submitted for Maple View Apartments at 90 Maple Avenue, as received 11/Dec/ 20. The materials include a
12 sheet plan set titled “Site Development Plan for Maple View Apartments” dated April
6, 2020, prepared by Wesley Wentworth, P.E. a completed application form and narrative
prepared by Attorney Harry Heller of Heller, Heller & McCoy and a soil scientist’s letter also prepared by Wesley Wentworth, C.S.S. The applicant also submitted a letter of response dated December 11, 2020, prepared by Wesley Wentworth P.E. The following bullets are numbered per CLA’s original comments to the Comission.dated October 23,
