WHILE MAINTAINING THE EXISTING RESIDENTIAL USE OF THE PROPERTY. THE
PROPOSED ITEMS ON THE SITE PLAN, FIRST, ESTABLISH ADEQUATE WETLAND
SETBACKS.AND IMPLEMENTS BEST STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PRACTICES
.BASED ON PROJECTED PEAK DISCHARGES AND CALCULATED WATER QUALITY
VOLUME. SECOND, THE SITE PLAN INCLUDES ENHANCING AND DEFINING THE

PLAN, FIRST, ESTABLISH ADEQUATE WETLAND SETBACKS AND IMPLEMENTS BEST STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PRACTICES
BASED ON PROJECTED PEAK DISCHARGES. SECOND, THE SITE PLAN INCLUDES ENHANCING AND DEFINING THE COMMERCIAL
USE OF THE PROPERTY WITH A METAL MAINTENANCE BUILDING AND DELINEATED EQUIPMENT STORAGE AREAS, THE PROJECT
SITE IS ESTIMATED AT 1 ACRE; APPROXIMATELY 75% OF PROJECT SITE WILL BE DISTURBED DURING CONSTRUCTION.

2. SURVEYOR TO MARK WETLAND SETBACK LIMITS ON THE PROPERTY.
3. SILT FENCE IS TO BE INSTALLED, AS INDICATED ON THE SITE PLAN, PRIOR TO ANY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY AND INSPECTED
