4. SEPTIC TANK SHALL BE SET LEVEL ON A MINIMUM OF 6" OF PROCESSED GRAVEL OR BROKEN
STONE ON COMPACTED SUBGRADE.
5, THERE ARE NO APPARENT WELLS OR SEPTIC FIELDS WITHIN 75' OF THE PROPOSED WELL AND
