Bailey Architect/BSC Susan Odell WPCA REQUESTS SANITARY LINE INFORMATION REQUESTED WPCA requests the following: 1. Correct (on the plans) the Domestic Water Line connection on Pink Row 2. BSC to check the inverts of the existing Sanitary line at Pink Row, and document same, and develop a cross- section of the sanitary connection. Flow Test of all Water service lines (GC-Maggiore is performing tests on 7/24/18 on) a. Fire Department Calculation i. Based on Results of Flow Tests, FD will review requirements b. Water Department i. Will review project requirements based on Flow Test Results c. 6” Water line dead ends at Bridge on Pink Row d. Based on flow results will determine if additional 8” line is necessary. e. Need estimated water usage i. Design Engineer to supply (RFI DP 101) f. Separate metering for irrigation i. Irrigation system will have separate meters (RFI DP 101) 2. Correct (on the plans) the Domestic Water line connection on Pink Row a. Existing connected to Sanitary line i. BSC to follow up 3. Sanitary Connection OPTIONS: a. Use Existing Sanitary Lateral connection (6” existing). b. Use Pathway of existing Sanitary if existing line is compromised in any way c. Replace 6” or upgrade to 8” i. Dependent on evaluation of condition of existing line and flow calculations 4. WPCA is going to inspect existing sanitary line w/ camera a. WPCA to follow up 5. BSC to check inverts at Sanitary (existing line) and supply a cross-section at Pink Row connection. a. BSC to follow up 6. Sewage Ejector a. Need flow from ejector (how many units are serviced and/or flow). i. Design Engineer supplied (SEE ATTACHED 10/13/16 Load calcs) (RFI DP 101) b. Need flow from gravity fed units (how many units and/or flow). i. Design Engineer to supply (RFI DP 101) c. Determine whether line (6” designed) can handle surge during peak loading i. WPCA to evaluate.
