Runoff shall sheet flow from the door elevation equally to the east and west, where it will flow over the steps to area drains on either side of the aisle. Item 2: The area in the immediate vicinity of these drainage will be lifted approximately 6” and regraded to shift drainage to sheetflow north. The area drains will be relocated to the planter along the elevated entrance to Building D. This will be included on CSK-001. Item 3: Ramp surface shall be concrete. Walls separating ramp runs shall be Unilock Modular Block Walls. The overall width of the ramp system will increase 2-3 feet to account for modular block wall. Maggiore to contact Unilock and coordinate design of walls directly. Item 4: Concrete stairs into buildings to be precast concrete with standard, code compliant treads, risers, and railings. Ramp into building H to be modular block to match Site HC Ramp from north lot. Ramp and stairs servicing Building M shall be metal to ensure no increase in fill within the floodway. Ramp and stair to building L to be removed. These items will be incorporated into CSK-001. Stair dimension will be incorporated into CSK-02. Item 5: Wingwall should be 36” pipe. Pipe after DMH 2-1 can remain 30” pipe. Item 6: L-1.0A and L-1.2A are enhanced plantings plans and are assumed to be value engineered out of the project.
