ASI-05 – Revised Design Details at Bldgs G, H, J, K and M
Issue Date: December 24, 2019 Changes to the Drawings Following the Construction Set dated 6/11/19:
1. Add continuous walls to deck at all bathrooms. Hang and finish GWB on outside face of
these walls only above the bathroom ceiling. Insulation in these walls to stop at bathroom ceiling.
2. Add insulation to all bathroom ceilings. 3. Delete insulation in all walls inside units (not demising walls) except bathroom walls as described above.
4. Install 4x4 posts to deck (post up from floor to underside of roof deck above with a slide
clip) in all partial height walls at the following locations: a. Latch side of all bedroom doors
b. All stub walls that do not have a 90 degree return 5. Install all unit electrical panels in bathroom walls adjacent to bathroom doors. 6. Install all media boxes in coat closets adjacent to corridor walls.
7. Modify location of coat closets in Units M-1 and J-4 to accommodate electric panels, as shown on ASK-32 and ASK-34.
