The comments are still valid. As noted, a detailed design by a licensed surveyor or engineer is
required to a scale of 1":20' or 1": 30", and additional test holes will be needed before a septic
permit is issued. Any additional comments would apply to the actual septic system design.

Mr. Meyers called you in regards to the Robert& Dixie Meyer Subdivision that was approved
in 2010. The proposed new lot has a well and septic that had the attached comments from your
department. The house was never built and the IWC permit expired so Mr. Meyer is
reapplying to them. I also told him that he needed to check with you to see if these comments
were still valid and/or if there would be additional comments since the permit is over 10 years
old and I did not know if new testing needed to be done.Please send me an email to me and
Mr. Meyer,who is CC'd, with you new comments. Thanks for your help!
