Hello,
I received a letter from Colleen Bezanson regarding activity within 50ft of wetlands.
I apologize for this as I did not know I needed to have this approved by the Town. I had a few gentleman from Town Hall that stopped by last year when I began work to ensure I was working within the perimeter of my property. We initially began to take down trees within our property because quite a few were rotten so I was afraid they would fall onto our house, including one that had fallen and just barely grazed the house. I do not plan to remove anymore trees.
Our plan for backyard area at this point is just to lay down some top soil to eventually put down grass and to put up a fence, no taller than 6ft in height. The fence would end well before the rock wall that is behind my property.
What are the steps that I need to take in order to have this approved?
