Surveyors, Inc. on September 26, 1996;

A-2 horizontal accuracy, and T-2 vertical accuracy,
and done in January 1999.
2. Bearings and distances shown are based upon a map
entitled, 'Subdivision Plan, Stony Brook Acres,
prepared for William M. Hracyk & Anne M. Daniewicz,
Satem Turnpike (RTE #82), Cherry Lane & Noble Hill
Road, Montville, Connecticut', scale, 1'=50', dated:
April 24, 1997, last revised 8/1/97, by Chandler,

3. Vertical datum is based upon a proposed elevation of
368,65' on the existing double type 'C' catch basin at
the end of the cut -de -sac, as shown on map file
1524, sheet 5 of 7, on file in the Montville Town Halt.
