RODENT PROOF COVER SHALL BE FROADEO ON THE FOUNDATION OUTLET DRAIN AT "DAN' LIGHT."
6. TO INSURE THAT MINIMUM HEALTH CODE REQUIREMENT5 ARE MET, THE FOUNDATION AND SEPTIC
5Y5TEM SHALL BE 5TAKED OUT BY A LICENSED LAND SURVEYOR. AT THI5 5TAKEOUT A BENCHMARK
SHALL BE 5ET OUTSIDE THE AREA OF DISTURBANCE ADJACENT TO THE SEPTIC SYSTEM.
7. CONTRACTOR(5) SHALL NOT DEVIATE FROM THI5 PLAN WITHOUT WRITTEN APPROVAL OF THE
ENGINEER. IF ANY CONDITION, AS SHOWN HEREON, OR 15 NOT A5 -DELINEATED BY FIELD TEST DATA,
