THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN A SITE INSPECTION FROM THE TOWN OF MONTVILLE ZONING ENFORCEMENT OFFICER TO ENSURE THAT ALL EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL MEASURES HAVE BEEN INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS NARRATIVE. UPON CERTIFICATION WITH RESPECT TO THE INSTALLATION OF EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL MEASURES, THE CONTRACTOR MAY COMMENCE OPERATIONS PURSUANT TO THE PERMIT. EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL DEVICES SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE "FILTER BARRIER INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE" NARRATIVE.
