NOTES:
I. Elevations based on assumed datum.
2. For exact house dimensions, see Building Plans.
3. Site preparation procedure for the installation of the new
sewage disposal system:
A. Install and maintain temporary sediment fence or staked
hay bale barrier at the bottom of slope of new fill area.
B. Strip all topsoil, vegetation and organic material in
area of and 5 feet surrounding new primary leaching trenches.
C. Place and compact suitable fill material (preferably clean
bank run gravel)in 12 inch layers in the area of the new
leaching trenches up to at least the elevation of the top
of the trenches.
D. Suitable fill must have a percolation rate of 10.0
minutes/inch or faster to be acceptable after placement
and compaction. If fill is unacceptable, it must be
removed and replaced with suitable fill.
R. Install system per plan.
F. Cover system with 12 inches of loam, grade to prevent
ponding, and seed with grass to stabilize. The final grade
15 feet from the leaching trenches shall be at least the
same elevation as top of the leaching trenches. After slopes
have permanently stabilized, remove sediment fence or the
staked hay bale barrier.
4. New driveway slope shall be at or less than 127 where practical and
feasible.
5. New driveway shall be installed with cross pitch to force stormwater
to drain to southeastern corner of this lot rather than to drain
straight down driveway onto Kitemaug Road. That is, north side of
driveway shall be higher in elevation than south side cf driveway.
6. All erosion control sequerccc methods including silt fence and, a-1ti-
tracking pad shall be in.—Ca'11ed and maintained in accordance with
the directives as noted on the apfrove& "Sedimentation and Eros ---(n
