For exact house dimensions, see Building Plans. 3. Site preparation procedure for the installation of the new sewage disposal system: A. Install and maintain temporary sediment fence or staked hay bale barrier at the bottom of slope of new fill area. B. Strip all topsoil, vegetation and organic material in area of and 5 feet surrounding new primary leaching trenches. C. Place and compact suitable fill material (preferably clean bank run gravel)in 12 inch layers in the area of the new leaching trenches up to at least the elevation of the top of the trenches. D. Suitable fill must have a percolation rate of 10.0 minutes/inch or faster to be acceptable after placement and compaction. If fill is unacceptable, it must be removed and replaced with suitable fill. R. Install system per plan. F. Cover system with 12 inches of loam, grade to prevent ponding, and seed with grass to stabilize. The final grade 15 feet from the leaching trenches shall be at least the same elevation as top of the leaching trenches. After slopes have permanently stabilized, remove sediment fence or the staked hay bale barrier. 4. New driveway slope shall be at or less than 127 where practical and feasible. 5. New driveway shall be installed with cross pitch to force stormwater to drain to southeastern corner of this lot rather than to drain straight down driveway onto Kitemaug Road. That is, north side of driveway shall be higher in elevation than south side cf driveway. 6. All erosion control sequerccc methods including silt fence and, a-1ti- tracking pad shall be in.—Ca'11ed and maintained in accordance with the directives as noted on the apfrove& "Sedimentation and Eros ---(n Control Plan" for this subdivision.
