CLEARING, GRUBBING, AND GRADING OF THE PROPOSED LOT TO BE LIMITED TO AREAS ADJACENT TO THE PROPOSED HOUSE, DRIVEWAY, AND SEPTIC SYSTEM. 2. DISTURBED AREAS TO BE LOAMED, SEEDED, AND MULCHED. 3.
