SUCH MATERIALS REMOVED SHALL BE SPREAD AND STABILIZED IN NON -WETLAND AREAS WHICH ARE NOT SUBJECT TO EROSION, OR WFIICH ARE NOT TO BE PAVED OR BUILT UPON. HAY BALES, SEDIMENT FENCE AND OTHER EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL MEASURES SHALL BE REPAIRED, CLEANED AND/OR REPLACED AS NECESSARY THROUGHOUT THE CONSTRUCTION PERIOD IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN COMPLETE AND INTEGRAL EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PROTECTION. ONCE IN PLACE, ALL EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL FACILITIES AND MEASURES ARE TO REMAIN IN PLACE AND IN PROPER CONDITION AND BE CONTINUOUSLY MAINTAINED UNTIL FINAL GRADING HAS BEEN COMPLETED, ALL DISTURBED AREAS UPGRAOIENT OF SAID FACILITIES HAVE BEEN PERMANENTLY STABILIZED, AND ALL NEWLY GRASSED AREAS HAVE HAD AT LEAST TWO MOWINGS.
