I spoke to Mr. Scheel yesterday and he indicated that those were pictures from the East Lyme Side. He also indicated that his neighbor has an off road truck. Not too long ago he saw the neighbor and some friends come out of the back trail with their trucks full of mud. Which could explain why we saw tracks going in and not appearing to come out of the area next to the power lines. Just thought you would like to know. FYI we are meticulous about our record keeping on this ongoing issue. We are open with communications with all effected towns. The 1st selectman of East Lyme Paul Formica, 1st Selectman of Lyme Ralph Enos and of course Gary Goeschel EL Wetlands and Bill Mullholland from EL zoning. We have been in contact with a DEP officer who is very interested because of the recent ATV activity in Nehantic State Forest from these Environmental Vandals.
