1. This survey and map have been prepared pursuant to the Regulations of
Connecticut State Agencies Sections 20-300b-1 through 20-300b-20
and the "Standards for Surveys and Maps in the State of Connecticut"
as adopted by the Connecticut Association of Land Surveyors, Inc., on
September 26, 1996.
2. The type of survey performed and the mapped features depicted hereon
are in accordance with the requirements of a Topographic Survey.
3. There is no boundary determination/opinion.
4. The map conforms to Horizontal Accuracy Class D and a Vertical
Accuracy Class T-2.
5. North as depicted hereon based upon the map referenced in note 6A.
6. Reference is made to the following maps:

9. Location of all underground utilities depicted hereon are approximate and
are based on field location of visible structures such as catch basins,
manholes, water gates, etc., and compiling information from plans supplied
by the respective utility companies and government agencies. All contractors
shall contact Call—Before—You—Dig at 1-800-922-4455 for location and
markout of utilities prior to any excavation.
10. Project area is located in Zone C outside the 100—year Flood Zone. Reference

determined by a Spectra Energy inspector.

existing facilities, provide construction vehicle parking, stock piling/staging
of material, and crane placement.
14. Proposed Temporary Workspace is 28,173 Sq. Ft. with 2,669 Sq. Ft. within the
