THERE ARE PRESENTLY NO KNOWN WATER WELLS WITHIN 75' OF THE PROPOSED SEPTIC SYSTEM.. 11. A VERTICAL BENCHMARK WILL BE PROVIDED WITHIN 100 FEET OF THE PROPOSED HOUSE LOCATION PRIOR TO THE START OF CONSTRUCTION. 12.
