PLACE AND COMPACT SELECT FILL MATERIAL MEETING SPECIFICATIONS INDICATED ABOVE (NOTE #6) IN LIFTS OF NOT GREATER THAN 12" IN THE AREA OF THE PROPOSED LEACHING GALLERIES UP TO AT LEAST THE ELEVATION OF THE TOP OF THE LEACHING GALLERIES.
