The subject site; is located 55 Fellows Road, in Oakdale, Connecticut. The overaIl property consists of a
total area of :51 acres. The subject site is located approximately 2200 feet north of the Old Colchester
Road intersecitJon, on the west side of Fellows Road. The proposed We mill consist of a 1.5 acre farnm

lawn, fruit trees and heavily wooded areas with t1hick Understory with power line clearings adjacent to the
