As shown on Assessor’s Map 55 Lot 1 as depicted on the plan titled “Proposed Receiver Plan Montville Meter Station 303 Fitch Hill Rd Spectra Energy Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC 5400 Wertheimer Ct. Houston, TX. Prepared by Conklin & Soroka Inc 1484 Highland Ave Cheshire, Ct. revised to 3/20/10 and the application and narrative dated March 1, 2010 was approved by the Commission with a condition. Condition of approval is: 1. Sediment fence will be placed around all stockpiles if the piles are to remain overnight Before the permit is issued, the following fee must be paid to the Town of Montville: Basic Fee - $50.00 State Fee - $60.00
Wetlands Fee - $53
Total Fee - $163.00 If the fee is not paid within 90 days then this permit will be revoked. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact the office.
