1. This survey and map has been prepared in accordance with Sections 20-300b-1
thru 20--300b-20 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies - "Minimum
Standards for Surveys and Maps in the State of Connecticut" as endorsed by the
Connecticut Association of Land Surveyors, Inc, it is an improvement Location
Survey based on a Dependent Re --Survey conforming to Horizontal Class "D"
Accuracy Standards and is intended to be used for site development.

3. This plan was compiled from other maps, record research or other sources of
information. It is not to be construed as having been obtained as the result of a
field survey and is subject to such change as an accurate field survey may disclose..
1. The sanitary system is designed for a proposed four (4) bedroom house. The
percolation rate is 11.3 ,a rate of 10-20 min./inch has been used for design purposes.
This requires 900 sf of effective leaching area.
The proposed septic system is as follows:
4075 rows of 4' wide x 1' deep stone trench at 3 sf/1f (4x751f x 3.9sf%lf = 944sf)
