Dear Mr. Thomas:
The removal of the existing tower and accessory building and replacement of the
same requires an approved Zoning Permit. Upon you acquiring title to the above-noted
property, you would need to make application for a Zoning Permit which would include a
site plan, with the Planning & Zoning Commission. Since the property is located in the
R-20 Zoning District, Planning & Zoning Commission approval is necessary. The
Commission’s approval would in no way replace any other State of Connecticut or Town
of Montville permits that might also be needed.
