N O T I C E O F P U B L I C H E A R I N G
The Montville Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July
11, 2007 at 7:00 P.M. at the Montville Town Hall, Council Chambers, 310 Norwich New
London Turnpike, on the following petition(s):
207-ZBA-07 Elizabeth Potter, 209 Route 163, Uncasville, CT. An application for a
variance of Section 9.5 for a reduction of front yard set back from 100 ft. to 92 ft.
As shown on Assessor’s Map 78 Lot 30.
207-ZBA-08 Green Falls Associates, LLC Southerly side of Cherry Lane,
Oakdale, Ct. An application for a variance of Section 5.6.2 Side Yard Setback
and Section 5.6.3 Rear Yard Setback. As shown on Assessor’s Map 53 Lot 2.
At this hearing interested persons may appear and be heard and written
communications will be received. Copies of the maps and applications are on file in the
office of the Zoning Enforcement Officer, Montville Town Hall, 310 Norwich New London
Turnpike, for public inspection.
