Dear Attorney Chase:
Your client’s petition, pending before the Zoning Board of Appeals, is scheduled
for a Public Hearing to be held at the Town Council Chambers, Montville Town Hall, on
November 6, 2013 at 7:00 p.m.
At this time, you should send out, via certified mail, letters to the abutting and
adjoining property owners notifying them of the scheduled hearing. It is also imperative
that you bring a copy of the letter, along with the mailing receipts from the certified
letters, to this office, on or before Friday November 1st. Enclosed you will find a copy of
the Public Hearing Notice that is being published in the New London Day.
It will be necessary for you to come and be heard at this hearing. Should you
have any questions, or need any further assistance, please feel free to contact the office.
