The proposed building will essentially occupy the same building footprint and roughly the same square footage as the previous buildings. 9. Existing drainage on the site flows west to east -in the front parking and roof areas as sheet arid shallow concentrated flow onto Chapel Hill Road. Drainage in the rear of the parcel flows east to west as sheet and shallow concentrated flows. Proposed drainage is expected to be close to or simular to existing drainage, because proposed building occupy the same building footprint and roughly the same square foota e as buildings.
