5. The total area of the site is 5.0 + acres (see map reference #11.a.)
6. Underground utility, structure, and facility locations depicted and noted hereon have
been compiled, in part, from record mapping supplied by the respective utility companie
or governmental agencies, from parol testimony and from other sources. These locatio,
must be, considered as approximate in nature. Additionally, other such features may
exist on the site, th.-I existence of which are unknown to May Engineering, LLC.
The size, location, and existence of all such features must be field determined and
verified by the appropriate authorities prior to conitruction. I

8. This plan depicts the proposed construction of thirteen retail stores, with interior
dimensionof 25'x 59. The proposed building will replace buildings that were damaged
an subsequently removed. The proposed building will essentially occupy the same
building footprint and roughly the same square footage as the previous buildings.
9. Existing drainage on the site flows west to east -in the front parking and roof areas as
sheet arid shallow concentrated flow onto Chapel Hill Road. Drainage in the rear of the
parcel flows east to west as sheet and shallow concentrated flows. Proposed drainage
is expected to be close to or simular to existing drainage, because proposed building
occupy the same building footprint and roughly the same square foota e as
buildings.
