Dear Marcia:
We have reviewed the site plan submitted for the warehouse/office at 226 Butlertown Road.
We have the following comments:
1. A drainage report must be included with the application.
2. Test holes at the drywell locations must be provided to support the application. The
sanitary test holes indicate a groundwater table that would inhibit the performance of the
drywells.
3. A handicap space must be provided on the site with proper surfacing, signage and access
to the building.
4. The doors to the building must be shown on the site plan.
5. Spot elevations must be added to define the drainage.
6. Roof drainage must be shown.
7. A paved driveway apron must be added to the plans.
8. The dumpster location must be shown on the plans.
9. Buffering and landscaping must be added to the plans.
10. An E&S control bond estimate must be submitted.
