Dear Marcia:
We have reviewed the revised site plan received March 2, 2017 in our office for the
warehouse/office at 226 Butlertown Road. We have the following comments:
1. The E & S Control Bond estimate is satisfactory in the amount of $4,240.
2. The finish floor of the building must be a definite elevation without the +/-, in order to
evaluate the access and drainage.
3. Additional spot elevations are needed to define the grading of the handicap space to meet
standards.
4. The grading for the walkway, its width and section must be addressed.
5. Temporary sedimentation basins must be calculated and added to the plans. The location
ofthe rain garden should be reconsidered.
