developed with a single family residence and accessory use. The property is pre-existing
non-conforming.
Uses allowed at the site shall be in accordance with Section 13 (LI Zone) of the
Montville, CT Zoning Regulations (copy attached). There are no known zoning
violations against the property. Future site plan review and approval will be needed.
