Ms. Barning:
6C asks for a map with the location of the wetlands and the proposed activity with a title on it and date. The title and date are used to keep track of changes to the plan.
6E The application needs to have link with the map. By writing the name and the date of the plan it indicates that this particular map is the map from which the activity will be done.
In some cases other maps are filed as well but they do not depict the activity or the area in which it proposed to occur.
As a reminder everything needs to be filled out on the application. The Commission gets a little picky sometimes. In addition after you submit all the paperwork I will go over your submittal.
If changes need to be made you will receive a letter indicating the further information that is needed.
