THE APPLICANT REQUESTS THE BOARD TO TAKE THE FOLLOWING ACTION Grant a 10,393 square foot lot area variance to allow the creation of proposed Lot 2 from existing Lots 17 and a portion of Lot 16 with less than the minimum lot area required by Section 8.4 in an R-40 Zone. The lots no longer conform to the lot frontage and area requirements of the Montville Zoning Regulations for the District.
