Hillyer 7 Benway Court Uncasville, CT 06382 RE: 7 Benway Court, Assessor’s Map 94, Lot 21 FINAL NOTICE OF VIOLATION - REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY COMPLIANCE Dear Matthew & Tonja: Pursuant to multiple complaints, on 11/13/2015, I conducted an inspection of your above- referenced property, which inspection revealed that you have constructed shed structures on your property without the benefit of proper permits and that you are keeping a junkyard in violation of the Montville Zoning Regulations. Additionally, we received a complaint that an RV/Camper located on the property is being used as an illegal dwelling unit. On 11/23/2016, I issued you a Notice of Violation and Request for Voluntary Compliance requesting the violations be corrected. To date, minimal progress has been made to do so. Subsequently, I am issuing this Final Notice to bring your property into compliance. In order to avoid further enforcement action that may include fines, you must, within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt of this letter, remove all debris from your property and either provide proof of registration of all vehicles being stored on site or remove said vehicles.
