following action:

application for a variance of Section 7.4 Lot Size, Section 7.6.1 Front Yard setback,
Section 7.6.2 Side Yard setback and Section 5.6.3 Rear Yard Setback. As shown on
Assessor’s Map 108 Lot 116. GRANTED with CONDITIONS
