DESCRIPTION OF MECHANICAL ALTERATIONS TO ACCOMPANY THE

1. The existing Weil McLain boiler, installed during new construction, will be
removed and replaced with a new energy efficient System 2000 boiler,
manufactured by Energy Kinetics. A brochure is attached.
2. The existing power vent for the boiler flue, installed during new construction, will
be removed and replaced with a 6" all-fuel metal chimney. The new chimney will
be installed on the exterior of the house.
The Heat People, Uncasville CT, will accomplish the work.
