Bob,
Here is information on the contractor that is building sheds and is not a registered contractor. On 10/8/04
I observed a shed being constructed at 90 Pruett Place in town and informed the contractor and owner that
a building permit is required and left a violation notice on site. Mark Chartier informed the owners of the
property (Glenn & Denise Graves) that he does not need to be a registered contractor because a shed is
not a habitable space.
I am forwarding this information to you so you can notify Mr. Chartier about what is required from your
department.
