At this time the structure is 9 feet closer to the front property line than permitted by Montville zoning regulations. The property owner has applied for a variance, to be considered by the Zoning Board of Appeals. If this vari- ance is not granted, this official will issue an order requiring correction of this violation immediately. This order would probably be issued after January 7, 1982.
