Dear Mr. Brown,
This is to corroborate our telephone conversation
concerning the swampy area at the rear of your property
and adjacent to the stream.
Section 19-13-B1, Environmental Health, of the Public
Health Code of the State of Connecticut declares this con-
dition as a public nuisance under (g) Stagnant water likely
to afford breeding places for mosquitos within a residential
district or within a distance of one thousand feet there-
from.
here-
from.
I have discussed this with Harry O'Donnell and he
will not proceed in any direction, instead, will leave
it to me. Based on this cooperation from the Inland-
Wetlands Commission I now order you to correct this con-
dition per the regulation quoted.
Harry wants me to tell you that he expects to meet
at your property with the Conservation Commission the 7th
of July. They will meet to discuss the 2nd application
concerning the stream itself.
I have spoken to Gary Leitkowski and asked him to
complete this work before that meeting date. If you will
call him and arrange this I would appreciate it.
Sincerely Your,,
