This letter serves as my Plan of Compliance. It is my intention to take all steps necessary to comply with the building codes of the State of Connecticut and the Town of Montville. The aforementioned boiler was installed in August of 2008 (per CT DCP Residential Property Condition Disclosure Report, dated 11/23/10, enclosed) by the property's previous owner, William Schaffer, or his assigns. To reach full compliance, I shall: 1. Submit a permit application for the equipment. 2. Submit to an inspection by a Town of Montville building inspector.
