FIRST NOTICE OF VIOLATION for property located at:
24 POLLYS LANE Unit Map/Lot: 103/040-000
Accept this Notice of Violation as per Section 152.001 of the Town of Montville Ordinances.
You are hereby ordered to discontinue the violation at the above referenced property under
the 1995 CABO section 106 or the 1996 BOCA section 116.0, as adopted as the Connecticut
State Building Code.
You must STOP WORK as per 1995 CABO section 118.0 or 1996 BOCA section 117.0 and
contact the Building Department within ten (10)calendar days with a plan of compliance in
order to avoid possible legal action.
The violation consists of:
Converted house from a single family to a two family without permits, no smoke detectors
observed, separate electrical services required, improper combustion air for boiler, open
electrical boxes and abandoned electrical.
